As Arsenal prepares to face Bayern Munich in tonight’s highly anticipated Champions League match, all eyes are on striker Harry Kane, who is making a return to England. The 29-year-old Englishman has an impressive track record against the Gunners, having scored 14 goals in just 19 appearances during his time with Tottenham Hotspur. His scoring performance against Arsenal makes him a player to watch in this crucial match. 

Fans from around the world, like Nakul Kumar, a 28-year-old from India living in New York, have travelled specifically for this game. Will Harry Kane pose a threat to Arsenal tonight? Kumar wasn’t sure. “I don’t think so. I think Saliba and Gabriel are going to lock him down.”

Kumar has been an Arsenal fan for 20 years and grew up in India before moving to New York recently. Tonight marks his first time in London and his first experience at the Emirates Stadium. 

Bence Papp, a 32-year-old taxi driver from Hungary, also made the trip to London solely for this match. “His record is great against us, I guess, but it is a different situation,” Papp commented on Kane’s performance. “Bayern is not very good in this period of the year, and Arsenal is on top right now.” 

Papp’s love for Arsenal started more than 10 years ago when the team was in the Champions League final. As a taxi driver in his home country, he enthusiastically tells everyone during rides, “Arsenal first, and everything after that—family, girlfriend, everything.”
