She said: "I have been seeing Charles at Gipsy Hill station on my way to work or travelling through the station many times, and I always see Charles engaging with customers and local residents who just come to the station to converse."

Moreover, Nana recalls Dickson expressing his passion for charity work and helping the underprivileged. "I always wanted to do charity work to help people who are underprivileged." She remembers him saying.

Despite being stuck in traffic, Charles promptly stopped his car and selflessly handed the man a croissant he had received from the Gipsy Hill station coffee shop staff. This small act of kindness brightened the man's day and exemplified the extraordinary lengths Dickson is willing to go to help others, even amid daily challenges.
