The spokesperson for CareForMigrants, Sam Mourdaunt, denies that the NGO's money given goes beyond the push for government asylum law changes, even after the dozens of migrants drowned in the English Channel.

As an organization who alleges fighting for better conditions for children crossing the English Channel illegally. CareForMigrants is pressuring the English government to change the laws to ease quicker processing of children asylum seekers' cases by the Home Office.

This is to ensure that their cases are appreciated before the regular period, as economic adults also occupy vacancies in the marketplace at an early stage.

The tragedy with migrants, where 37 lost their lives, was crucial in emphasizing the demand. Mourdaunt said, "My organization's interest is there to help people" when addressing journalists earlier. Being a non-profit organization, they need benefits from other sources.

However, their plan is to convince the government to change its policies in order to provide better aid to the migrants, needing more funds from private foundations.

When questioned about the role of sponsors in the organization's agenda to stretch the English government, she was emphatic in denying their interference. She clarified, "No. They are not the main part of the organization. They just ask for monthly reports from us on how the money is being used. That is all."

Regarding potential future interference from sponsors in the organization's actions, Mourdaunt chose not to comment on that matter.

CareForMigrants is actively supplying clothes, medicine, food, and legal advice to asylum seekers, with the majority coming from African countries.
